This full-time role requires coordinating with drivers, monitoring schedules, and resolving transportation issues to keep the supply chain moving smoothly. You should have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 3 years of experience in transportation or logistics, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in transportation or logistics.
• Valid driver's license; CDL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily transportation operations to ensure timely and safe delivery of goods.
• Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and warehouse staff to optimize routes and schedules.
• Monitor and maintain company vehicles to ensure they're in top condition.
• Investigate and resolve issues during transportation.
• Train and mentor new drivers on company policies and procedures.
• Ensure all shipments are properly documented and tracked.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Report on KPIs to management.
