Qualifications

• At least three years of experience as a Transportation and Dispatch Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient scheduling and monitoring of daily deliveries.
• Oversee the dispatch team and delivery fleet.
• Prepare and manage delivery schedules based on Sales Orders.
• Assign delivery trucks, drivers, and helpers as needed.
• Prepare trip tickets and provide meal allowances for delivery personnel.
• Review overtime permits submitted by delivery staff.
• Summarize daily timekeeping records for payroll processing.
• Manage petty cash funds and oversee replenishment.
• Coordinate with external truckers for large volumes of deliveries.
• Monitor vehicle registration renewals based on expiry dates.
• Perform other related tasks as directed.

Skills

Proficient in MS Office applications

Knowledge in SAP

Strong understanding of Supply Chain and Inventory Management

Experience in Forecasting and Budgeting

Education
