Sevita, through MENTOR Adult Day Health in Brockton, MA, seeks a Transportation Supervisor to oversee daily transportation operations for older adults and individuals with disabilities. You will lead drivers, coordinate routes, and ensure safe, reliable transport in a full-time, day-shift role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Bilingual in English and Cape Verdean Creole required.
• Minimum 3 years of transportation supervisory experience.
• Full, valid Massachusetts driver's license required.
• Experience supporting older adults or individuals with disabilities preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Ability to pass physical examination, TB screening, CORI, drug and alcohol screening, and driver safety training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee transportation operations, including budgeting, fleet maintenance, and DOT compliance.
• Supervise and train drivers, manage schedules, and coordinate routes.
• Support participant care and safety while maintaining documentation and compliance.
