Sevita's Mentor Adult Day Health Center in Dorchester, MA is seeking a dedicated Supervisor of Health Services to provide clinical leadership, oversee two or more nurses, and ensure high‑quality, person‑centered care for participants.

The role focuses on regulatory compliance, coordinating health services, medications, treatments, and appointments, with a Monday–Friday day shift and a strong emphasis on teamwork and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts nursing license (LPN or RN).
• Minimum 2 years nursing management or supervisory experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in adult healthcare settings.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and support two or more nurses.
• Assist with hiring, scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
• Oversee participant health services, including medications, treatments, physicals, and medical appointments.
• Monitor quality of care and maintain a safe environment for participants and staff.
