Pay and Benefits

• Pay Range: $65,000.00/Yr. - $75,768.00/Yr.
• Shift Days: SU-TH, Shift Time: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Primary Responsibilities

The Transportation Supervisor oversees daily delivery operations, ensures driver safety, training, and proper assignment of drivers and equipment. Maintains communication with staff and customers regarding route changes, delays, or early deliveries.

Essential Functions

• Supervise routing to maximize efficiency and customer service.
• Communicate proactively about route changes or delays.
• Supervise driver force, ensure proper training, and accurate logs.
• Ensure compliance with DOT and OSHA regulations.
• Manage DOT compliance using Driver Management software.
• Provide coaching to drivers and support staff.
• Supervise backhaul program and update inventory management.
• Ensure completion of required documentation by drivers.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
• Maintain good attendance and safe work practices.
• Protect confidential company information.

Minimum Requirements

• HS Diploma/GED; Associate's degree preferred.
• Two years of transportation/distribution experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.

Additional Skills and Qualifications

• XATA experience preferred.
• Strong supervisory skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to carry 20 pounds, lift/move up to 50 pounds, stand, climb, bend, walk, and possibly drive. Must adapt to various environments and weather conditions. Reasonable accommodations available for disabilities.
