Job summary

Leslie's is seeking a Senior Logistics Analyst to lead transportation strategy, dashboards, and forecasting from our Phoenix HQ. This role partners with Supply Chain, Distribution, Manufacturing, Ecommerce, and Finance to optimize inbound transportation, improve service levels, and drive cost savings.

The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years in logistics or analytics, strong SQL/Power BI skills, and a track record of cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5-7+ years in transportation, logistics, or analytics.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and improve transportation dashboards and KPIs.
• Analyze freight data to identify trends and cost savings.
• Develop carrier forecasting models and budgets.
• Monitor carrier performance via SLAs and cost analyses.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives for network optimization.
• Support day-to-day transportation operations and issue resolution.
• Partner with internal teams to develop scalable transportation strategies.
