Who we are looking for:
The Sr. Account Manager, Transportation has a high level understanding of ACV customers to deliver value added Transportation services based on their needs and expectations. This role will collaborate and partner with all ACV Sales Teams as well as Transport Operations and Business Operations. The primary responsibility will be to retain and win new transport orders from existing ACV customers and external clients. The role involves building relationships, pitching transport, and closing deals by coordinating with existing account coverage.
Remote / Travel
This role is remote but candidates that can be in the Buffalo, NY office at least 2 days a week are preferred. Occasional corporate travel to customers may be required up to 20%. For candidates not in Buffalo, additional travel will be required to the Buffalo, NY office.
