Role Summary

Cinterra is seeking a reliable and experienced CDL A Truck Driver to operate tractor-trailers safely and efficiently, manually unload/deliver materials to various locations. Candidates must have a valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles (Class A Tractor-Trailer) adhering to traffic laws and company policies.
• Conduct vehicle inspections to ensure safety.
• Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper securing.
• Follow scheduled delivery and pickup times, adjusting as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel, and other documentation.
• Comply with all transportation regulations, including DOT requirements.
• Communicate with team members regarding schedules and routing.
• Deliver goods in a timely and professional manner.
• Report vehicle issues or maintenance needs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of tractor-trailer driving experience within the last three years.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
• Willingness to learn to operate other equipment (skid steer, excavator, PD-10, etc.).
• Ability to meet federal and state operating requirements for commercial vehicles.
• Clean driving record.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry materials as needed.
• Endurance for physical tasks, including bending and stooping.
• Ability to drive in various weather conditions.
• Ability to enter and exit vehicle cabs multiple times daily.
• Sitting for extended periods.
