Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a Transportation Assistant for an overnight position on Tuesday through Saturday in Henderson, NV. The role focuses on general administrative tasks, order processing and performance tracking, while supporting leadership and coordinating with drivers and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of related experience and will participate in the company’s comprehensive benefits program.

• Coordinates routing, dispatch and delivery execution, maintaining communication with drivers and the internal team.
• Monitors transportation performance, resolves service issues, and supports operational reporting.

Responsibilities

The schedule for this role is on our overnight shift, Tuesday-Saturday.

Position Responsibilities:

• The Transportation Assistant performs general administrative tasks, including processing orders, producing and reconciling shipping, delivery, and service performance tracking
• Provide confidential administrative support to leadership, general clerical duties, and collect and prepare information for various operational reports
• Transportation Assistants are responsible for interacting with internal and external customers as well as collaborating with multiple teams
• Coordinates routing, dispatch, and delivery execution while maintaining communication with drivers and internal team.
• Monitor transportation performance, resolve service issues, and support operational reporting
• Other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience
