Qualifications

• Experience in conducting training programs for transportation personnel.
• Ability to perform classroom instruction and behind-the-wheel training.
• Experience in maintaining drug/alcohol testing programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement training programs for drivers.
• Supervise driver trainers and evaluate their performance.
• Administer the Company random drug/alcohol testing program.
• Investigate customer service complaints related to safety.

Skills

Strong working knowledge of G Suite

2+ years’ experience driving motor coaches

Strong leadership skills

Education
