Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience as an Assistant Location Safety Manager with 5 years operations experience or a college degree with years of experience.
• Knowledge of federal, provincial and state safety rules and FMCSA regulations.
• Proficient with MS Office and payroll/timekeeping systems.
• Fluent English and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administers driver hiring and compliance processes and safety testing.
• Oversees location training programs and ensures recertification.
• Leads safety investigations and prepares reports and action plans.
• Maintains regulatory compliance and safety documentation for the site.
• Provides safety training and cost controls for the program.
