Job summary

Paper Transport, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Safety Coordinator with a Class A CDL to coordinate onboarding for new drivers and maintain safety and compliance across the fleet. You will work with the Safety and Compliance teams to meet service standards and improve driver programs.

The role emphasizes relationship building with drivers and cross-functional teams, I-9 processing, and training management within the LMS. This is a full-time on-site position based in Jacksonville, FL.

Qualifications

  • Active CDL Class A license is required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of transportation experience preferred.
  • 1-2 years computer/administrative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with new and existing drivers and teams.
  • Coordinate and schedule driver experiences.
  • Complete I-9s, scan documents to files, and perform employment verifications.
  • Complete compliance checks and driver qualifications reviews.
  • Track driver training in the LMS and analyze reports for completion.
  • Assist with safety, compliance, or other items as directed by management.

Job Summary: We are looking for a team player to coordinateand assist withtheonboardingof new driversand to complete or coordinateadministrativework that coincides with ournew hire process fordriversand for drivers on an ongoing basis for safety and compliance adherence.You willassistin creatinga team atmosphere where members feel valuedand create a positive working relationship with both drivers and multiple functional office teams.

Essential Functions/Specific Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships withnew and existingdrivers andteamsthrough integrity and accountability
  • Coordinator andschedulegreat driver experiences.
  • Complete I9s,scan documentsto DQ files, completeemploymentverificationsand remedial training fornew drivers.
  • Complete compliance checks and driver qualifications reviews.
  • Work withthe SafetyandCompliance departmentsto meet service expectationsand standards.
  • Effectively work inPTI systems.
  • Be decisive and provide solutions todriverneeds and issues.
  • Successfullytrack driver trainingin the LMSand analyze reportsfor completion.
  • Assigningadditionaltraining through the LMS system as directed by the Safety Managers.
