Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in compliance program management or equivalent.
• Experience handling confidential information.
• Experience establishing successful partnerships with internal/external teams.

Responsibilities

• Optimize and improve audit and monitoring activities by identifying inefficiencies—build or coordinate technical solutions.
• Automate and streamline internal team workflows to increase consistency and reduce manual effort.
• Provide precise reports and clear recommendations to stakeholders and Amazon leadership.
• Meet individual and team goals with high standards and diligence.
• Lead and/or participate in special projects as necessary.
