Responsibilities

• Ensure daily operations coverage and communicate information to internal and external customers.
• Provide accurate, timely, and comprehensive information to parents, district staff, and the public.
• Absorb and translate complex information quickly and share it in an understandable manner.
• Assist with data collection for GPS software and other department technologies.
• Serve as a conduit between the CMS transportation department and the general public.
• Maintain records and prepare reports.
