Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Zero (0) plus years of experience, or equivalent education/experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a customer-focused demeanor.
• Basic computer proficiency including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service support to Transportation Providers by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring accurate documentation.
• Assist in scheduling, modifying, or canceling transportation reservations and escalate unresolved issues.
• Maintain high-quality service delivery to internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist Transportation Providers with transportation-related questions and concerns.
• Manage scheduling tasks, including modifying and canceling reservations per provider requests.
• Document and investigate complaints or incidents, ensuring detailed records are maintained.
• Respond to provider concerns and refer unresolved grievances for further review.
• Ensure accurate entry of trip-related data.
• Support processes related to trip corrections, mileage/cost adjustments, cancellations, and retroactive trips.
• Answer the Transportation Provider call line with professionalism and courtesy.
• Participate in required meetings and other assigned duties or projects.
