The ideal candidate will hold a Civil Engineering degree and a PE license, bring 8+ years of transportation experience, and demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and business development skills to grow the practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 8+ years of transportation/roadway engineering experience.
• Proven project management experience on public infrastructure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage transportation projects from planning through construction.
• Serve as primary client and stakeholder contact for modules and agencies.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate internal resources.
• Prepare project scopes, schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Mentor junior engineers and designers.
• Support business development and client meetings.
• Coordinate with municipalities, counties, state agencies, and regulatory authorities.
• Participate in strategic planning and growth initiatives.
