Qualifications

• 6+ years of roadway engineering experience.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Indiana PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Strong knowledge of the INDOT and Federal Aid design process.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage roadway projects from Notice to Proceed through post-letting services.
• Provide design direction and manage project tasks for Federal Aid, INDOT and local transportation projects.
• Develop project scopes, schedules and budgets.
• Review and approve roadway design calculations.
• Review plans and technical drawings across multiple projects.
• Manage project priorities, schedules and deliverables to ensure work remains on track.
• Coordinate with internal support departments and external sub-consultants.
• Mentor junior engineers and CAD designers.
• Support the preparation of Letters of Interest (LOIs) for state and local projects.
• Meet with existing and prospective clients to understand project needs and provide recommendations.
• Communicate project requirements and technical information to clients and project teams.
• Support the successful delivery of multiple roadway projects simultaneously.
