AtkinsRéalis Group in Syracuse, NY, seeks a Senior Project Manager to support transportation projects focused on roads, bridges and tolls. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams through all lifecycle phases, develop PM plans, and manage scope, schedule and budget.

The role requires PE license, a Bachelor's degree, and 15+ years of professional experience including 5-8 years in direct PM leadership. The candidate will mentor junior PMs and participate in proposals.

Qualifications

• PE license required.
• Bachelor's degree required; Graduate degree desirable.

Responsabilités

• Leads the project team in executing all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Independently develops and manages project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develops and implements comprehensive Project Management Plans.
• Manages all financial aspects of the project.
• Approves subconsultant and vendor invoices.
• Proactively identifies and manages budget variances and communicates financial performance to senior management.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for the client.
• Leads contract negotiations.
• Represents the firm and client at public hearings and regulatory meetings.
• Leads and directs multi-disciplinary project teams.
• Mentors Project Managers and Associate PMs.
• Identifies new business opportunities and participates in proposals.
