Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 10 years of relevant experience.
• 2 years of successful management of engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope and fee quotation; assist in technical proposals and contracts.
• Lead or participate in client contract scoping and negotiations.
• Manage project to deliver scope, schedule, and budget to client satisfaction.
• Oversee project delivery plan using SDA; supervise team toward objectives.
• Handle staffing, including recruitment, development, retention, and performance reviews.
• Support business development and client relationships for mini-mega and mega projects.
