Qualifications

• Texas PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, design, procurement, scheduling, budgeting and construction for transportation projects.
• Coordinate roadway, drainage, and environmental disciplines and manage internal staff and subcontractors.
• Represent Jacobs at meetings, public hearings, and industry events to grow client relationships.
• Establish fee estimates and ensure delivery meets standards and client expectations.
• Lead project teams and ensure successful initiation through closure.
