Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Transportation Project Manager to lead initiatives that shape thriving cities and safe, efficient transportation networks in Dallas. You will oversee initiation, planning, design, execution, and closure of transportation projects, coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams and external stakeholders.

Ideal candidates bring a Civil Engineering degree, 10+ years of relevant experience, Texas P.E., and proven ability to manage complex design projects while maintaining client

Qualifications

Requires strong project management and client-facing capabilities.
Demonstrated knowledge of transportation design principles.
Well-rounded technical design skills encompassing multiple engineering disciplines.

Responsibilities

Lead initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring and closure of transportation projects.
Coordinate with roadway, drainage, structural, traffic and environmental disciplines.
Represent Jacobs at meetings, hearings, and industry events to expand the business network.
Establish fee estimates and coordinate staffing for each project phase.
Deliver projects meeting state, county and DOT/AASHTO standards.
