Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery life-cycle
• Provide technical direction over engineering interns and designers
• Maintain technical knowledge of FAA standards
• Utilize CADD (including 3D) and other design tools (FAARFIELD, AVIPLAN)
• Apply problem solving and analytical skills
• Share experience and knowledge with team members
• Ensure QA/QC of deliverables
• Develop plans, specifications, and reports per engineering standards and client requirements

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related field
• Licensed as an EIT
• Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil3D
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to manage & mentor staff and allocate resources effectively
• Proactive and curious mindset
