Josh Pros LLC in Columbus, OH is seeking a Senior Roadway/Highway Engineer to provide technical leadership in our Transportation Group. You will manage designs for interstate expansions, widenings, and roundabout projects while supervising junior staff and ensuring safety and compliance.

The role requires a PE license in Ohio and a strong track record in civil transportation projects. On-site work in Columbus with opportunity for growth and equity discussions based on performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of post-education experience in civil design and transportation infrastructure.
• PE license in the State of Ohio is required.
• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering; Master's preferred.
• Proficiency with MicroStation, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and InRoads/Geopak.
• Strong knowledge of design/build, permitting and quantity takeoffs.
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and construction oversight for roadway widening, toll lanes, and bridge rehab projects.
• Direct junior engineers in alignments, cross-sections, super-elevations and grading.
• Manage small to mid-level projects with budgets and QA/QC compliance.
• Provide innovative roundabout and intersection solutions and designs.
• Support proposals and client relationships with technical concepts.
• Interface with other disciplines using predictive models for site analysis.
