• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Admin, Communications or related discipline.
• 4 years of experience in business analysis, program or project admin or related experience.
• Licenses and Certifications: Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Represents the Department and participates on interagency groups, technical committees or special task force groups.
• Conducts program or project analyses and develops solutions to increase productivity/efficiency.
• Oversees program initiatives, evaluates progress, and advises stakeholders.
• Provides training or technical support in program areas.
• Serves as liaison for programs with staff, governmental entities and the public.
• Coordinates meetings, conferences, and workshops; prepares reports.
