Job summary

RK&K is seeking a Transportation Project Manager to lead highway and roadway design projects across Virginia. Candidates will oversee multi-modal planning, mentor junior engineers, and ensure quality control in designs. A minimum of 10 years in civil or highway engineering is required, along with a Bachelor’s degree and a Professional Engineer license. Qualifications

• Minimum of Ten (10) years of experience in civil engineering design and/or transportation/highway engineering.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
• Strong understanding of Federal, State and local design criteria.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-modal transportation planning and design projects.
• Review and certify engineering plans to meet quality control goals.
• Prepare for and facilitate internal and client meetings.
