Job summary

Dewberry is seeking a Senior Transportation Project Manager (Alternative Delivery) for our Atlanta, GA office. You will lead complex transportation projects, manage scope, budget and schedule, and build strong client relationships with GDOT and local agencies.

Ideal candidates hold a Civil/Transportation Engineering degree, 15+ years of relevant experience, a Georgia PE license or eligibility within 6 months, and proven leadership in design-build teams and design-build delivery.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Civil/Transportation Engineering.
• Georgia PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 15+ years of progressive transportation infrastructure experience.
• 10+ years as a Design Manager delivering alternative delivery and design-build projects.
• Strong leadership and client management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of Transportation Alternative Delivery projects, including scope, budget, and schedule.
• Lead and manage support staff and document production.
• Develop and maintain client relations with local design-build contractors and design-teaming partners.
• Participate in business development activities including collaborating with our team in the marketing of new projects, proposal preparation, teaming arrangements and client relationship management.
• Interface regularly with GDOT and/or Municipal/County clients.
