Job summary

Hirebridge is seeking dynamic Engineers at all levels in Philadelphia County. The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of experience, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn within a flexible and supportive environment. A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related fields is required, along with excellent communication skills and detail-oriented work aptitude. Hybrid work options may be available.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience in Engineering or related fields.
• Experience with Synchro, SimTraffic, AutoCAD/MicroStation is preferred.
• Aptitude for detail-oriented work assignments.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of trip generation estimates and roadway volume development.
• Assisting in the analysis of field data and project planning.

TPD is currently hiring dynamic Engineers at all levels.

Our ideal candidate has 0-3 years of experience, a strong work ethic, a desire to learn, the willingness to work cohesively within a team, and the ability to work on multiple projects. Additionally, we offer a creative, flexible, supportive and fun environment! Hybrid options possible depending on experience.

Duties and Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Preparation of trip generation estimates, roadway volume development, parking estimates, and analyses for their projects within the team.
• Assisting in the analysis of field data, reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, tests, and aerial photographs to plan projects.
• Obtaining, analyzing, and interpreting demographic and other regional transportation planning data.
• Use of computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to prepare engineering and planning documents.
• Assisting in the preparation or modification of planning documents, including transportation impact studies, and traffic operational analyses, for projects.
• Assisting in the collection of field data.
• Serving as project representative.
• Use of planning software and equipment to prepare engineering, design, and planning documents.
• Responsible for job-specific quality system tasks as defined in the quality manual or handbook.
• Responsible for other general office duties as may be assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related fields
• Experience utilizing any or all of the following (preferred but not required): Synchro, SimTraffic, AutoCAD/MicroStation
• Aptitude for detail-oriented work assignments
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong work ethic and ability to work on multiple projects and ability to meet multiple deadlines
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid Driver’s License
