Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Work independently while supporting a team to ensure on-time pickup and delivery.
• Consolidate loads and coordinate logistics.
• Resolve problems and communicate with carriers and sites.
• Generate daily reports and identify cost/service improvement opportunities.
• Provide masterful customer service across multiple accounts.
• Analyze data to identify root causes and implement improvements.
• Use transportation software to optimize routing and load consolidation.
• Coordinate inbound, interplant, and direct-to-customer shipments.
