Campbell Soup Company is seeking a senior procurement leader to drive Transportation & Logistics strategy across North America. You will collaborate with Supply Chain leadership, develop category strategies, lead RFIs/RFPs, and negotiate contracts to improve service and reduce costs.

The role requires strong data-driven decision making, supplier relationship management, and alignment with business units. Travel up to 10% and experience with SAP is a plus.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in supply chain or related field.
• 7 years' experience, with either Procurement or transportation operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategy development for Transportation & Logistics categories and translate strategy into actionable plans.
• Conduct RFIs/RFPs/Auctions; analyze responses and make recommendations.
• Define negotiation strategies based on total delivered cost and lead execution.
• Manage supplier contracts and renegotiate as needed; support contracting with BU and Legal.
• Drive standardized policies across businesses and develop Statements of Work as needed.
