Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Support on-time pickup and delivery; consolidate loads and resolve issues.
• Analyze data to identify cost and service improvements.
• Provide masterful customer service to multiple accounts.
• Use transportation software to identify least-cost routing and consolidation.
• Coordinate daily activities with carriers, sites, and planners.
• Attend cross-functional meetings and report issues to Senior Planner.
