The Campbell Soup Company is seeking a Finance Manager, Supply Chain Finance – Logistics & Transportation, to manage planning, forecasting, and performance analysis. You will partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, and Accounting to drive insights and cost accountability.

The role requires strong FP&A capabilities, people leadership, and a mindset for continuous improvement to support senior Finance and Supply Chain leaders.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Admin, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive Finance or FP&A experience including budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
• Experience translating operational drivers into financial outcomes and cost savings.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ERP experience.

• Lead day-to-day priorities for the finance team and drive FP&A processes.
• Partner with Logistics & Transportation leaders to align plans with financial targets.
• Develop scenarios, business cases, and analyses to support decisions.
• Prepare narratives, scorecards, and leadership-ready recommendations.
• Support cost savings, productivity initiatives, and continuous improvement.
