Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; two years scheduling personnel, events, or staffing.
• Two years of experience in duties similar to the position.
• Must be insurable under university automobile insurance; CDL required or ability to obtain.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on assigned shift to ensure consistent service levels.
• Enforce parking rules; issue citations, booting, towing as needed; inspect lots for safety and maintenance needs.
• Schedule drivers for special events beyond daily operations.
• Investigate complaints and resolve disputes; advise on citations; conduct accident investigations.
• Assist with transporting vehicles to repair; perform annual reviews; fill in for shuttle driver or enforcement as needed.
