You will analyze metrics, develop SOPs, mentor staff, and partner with Logistics Service Providers and senior leadership to optimize performance while maintaining a flexible, fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4+ years of transportation and supply chain experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience in Excel with advanced proficiency (pivots, lookups, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day transportation operations for an assigned segment, including SOP development and ongoing process improvement.
• Navigate ambiguous operational situations with sound judgment, escalating risks and roadblocks proactively while providing recommended solutions.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to eliminate recurring transportation defects and inefficiencies.
• Own performance metrics and dashboards; present findings in regular business reviews with Logistics Service Providers and senior leadership.
• Program manage standard customer requirements and operational initiatives, maintaining a consistent focus on best‑in‑class service.
• Identify and act on process improvement opportunities to optimize overall operational effectiveness and achieve performance targets.
• Collaborate across Supply Chain teams to develop and implement standardized solutions with limited oversight.
• Mentor and peer coach team members; serve as a point of escalation and support for newly hired employees.
• Actively engage in hiring activities and contribute to document reviews with senior leadership audiences.
• Develop and maintain effective communication with Business Partners and external stakeholders
