Job summary

You will own the metrics lifecycle—from goals to reporting—while leading day-to-day transportation and warehouse execution.

The role requires strong program management and data analysis skills with the ability to communicate results to senior leadership and drive continuous improvement across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, business management or equivalent field.
• 3+ years of program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or related field experience.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience, or Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of data analysis using Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, Tableau, or equivalent experience.
• Experience communicating results to senior leadership and building financial/operational reports that inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage a metrics framework and goals across logistics and warehousing.
• Build and maintain a unified scorecard spanning carrier, lane, mode, throughput, and labor metrics.
• Develop recurring performance reports and track actuals vs targets with variance analysis.
• Create automated reporting pipelines and dashboards for actionable insights.
• Lead root-cause analyses for metric deviations and drive corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Support QBR/MBR reporting with narratives contextualizing trends between performance and conditions.
