Qualifications

• Must have extensive experience in warehouse and transportation operations and overall supply chain management.
• Ability to manage 3PL vendors with KPI governance and cost optimization.
• Strong data-driven problem-solving skills and proficiency in process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage day-to-day warehouse and transportation operations, ensuring on-time material flow to support manufacturing builds and data center deployments.
• Directly manage 3PL vendor performance - KPI tracking, SLA adherence, contract governance, and accountability.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce cost, and increase throughput.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities - translating findings into actionable plans.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives from problem identification through sustainable implementation.
• Drive standardization of processes across warehouse and transportation functions.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipment scheduling to meet dynamic manufacturing and DC demand signals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with planning, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics partners to resolve constraints and align priorities.
• Establish and maintain reporting mechanisms and dashboards to provide visibility into operational health.
• Identify and upscale risks proactively - develop mitigation plans to prevent disruptions to material flow.
