Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of transportation and supply chain experience
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
• 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• Experience in Excel with advanced proficiency (pivots, lookups, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day transportation operations for an assigned segment, including SOP development and ongoing process improvement
• Navigate ambiguous operational situations with sound judgment, escalating risks and roadblocks proactively while providing recommended solutions
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to eliminate recurring transportation defects and inefficiencies
• Own performance metrics and dashboards; present findings in regular business reviews with Logistics Service Providers and senior leadership
• Program manage standard customer requirements and operational initiatives, maintaining a consistent focus on best-in-class service
• Identify and act on process improvement opportunities to optimize overall operational effectiveness and achieve performance targets
• Collaborate across Supply Chain teams to develop and implement standardized solutions with limited oversight
• Mentor and peer coach team members; serve as an escalation point and support for newly hired employees
• Actively engage in hiring activities and contribute to document reviews with senior leadership audiences
• Develop and maintain effective communication with Business Partners and external stakeholders
