Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Transportation Associate Manager in Costa Mesa, CA to lead shuttle and parking programs across Southern California campuses. You will coordinate with vendors, manage the ticketing queue, and drive transportation projects from initiation to completion.

Responsibilities include audits for safety and compliance, tracking ridership data, and communicating updates to stakeholders. This role requires PM skills, strong communication, and flexibility in hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in shuttle ops, parking logistics, or fleet coordination.
• Experience with transportation tech is a plus.
• Strong PM skills to coordinate multiple projects.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and rapid problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, nights, and weekends.
• MS Office proficiency; PM tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily parking, EV charging, and shuttle ops across Southern California campuses.
• Coordinate with shuttle vendor for on-time performance and adjust schedules.
• Audit parking staff and shuttle operations for safety and compliance with local regulations.
• Manage the ticketing queue for commuter requests, parking issues, shuttle feedback, and transit inquiries.
• Assist with transportation projects from initiation to completion with minimal disruption to daily operations.
• Coordinate logistics, communications, and vendor activities for events requiring shuttle service.
• Ensure minimal disruption to employee commutes during road construction or inclement weather through detour logistics.
• Track vendor performance and ensure SLAs are met.
• Maintain regular communication regarding transportation updates with employees and Facilities team.
• Track ridership and parking data to generate progress reports and carbon-reduction documentation.
• Provide operational support to Facilities and Campus Operations as needed.
• Drive continuous process improvement in commuter programs and space utilization.
