Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in transportation/delivery or warehouse distribution required.
• Minimum of one year of experience overseeing a workforce required.
• Experience as a driver a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a safety mindset to keep drivers, associates, customers and the public injury-free.
• Oversee coaching, policy training, and performance discussions with Transportation staff.
• Direct and supervise work of drivers and clerical staff; drive engagement and cost efficiency.
• Ensure DOT compliance and maintain accurate driver qualification files.
• Schedule shifts and analyze deliveries using planning tools like Excel.
