Job summary

L'Oréal Transportation Operations Manager in Cranbury, NJ oversees the flow of products to customers and distribution centers, directing providers and a 4PL partner to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery and strong performance.

You will drive improvements in service, cost, and CO₂ impact, collaborating with distribution centers and carrier networks while leading a team of operations specialists to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 6+ years preferred.
• Experience leading transportation operations and teams.
• Strong knowledge of TMS and related processes; hands-on use a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support transportation operations specialists and supervisors.
• Oversee transportation execution to meet customer requirements and last-minute freight requests.
• Coordinate with distribution centers, carriers, and planning to resolve issues and improve service and cost.
