Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (6+ years) preferred.
• Four or more years of relevant work experience required; customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required.

Aufgaben

• Lead and supervise a team of operations specialists and supervisors.
• Oversee transportation execution to meet customer requirements, including pickup/delivery performance.
• Coordinate with distribution centers, assembly sites, carriers, and planning team to resolve issues.
• Resolve routing exceptions and shipment delays.
• Monitor transportation systems and reports; coordinate corrective actions with Carrier partners.
