Qualifications

• 4–6 years related functional experience.
• 3+ years managerial/supervisory with DOT-regulated roles.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train supervisors and associates to meet customer objectives.
• Recruit, hire, train, develop, and retain quality associates.
• Establish two-way communication to inform and motivate the team.
• Meet or exceed customer KPIs and collaborate with customers daily.
• Develop and execute annual financial and operating plans.
• Foster a safety culture and drive continuous improvement.
