Qualifications

• 4 - 6 years related functional experience.
• 3+ years managerial or supervisory experience with DOT regulated positions required.
• High School degree or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint required.
• Strong written and oral communication including presenting to groups and active listening.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to consistently exceed customer objectives.
• Oversee operations to meet KPIs and customer needs.
• Develop and execute annual financial operating plans.
• Maintain a safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
