Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Transportation, Logistics, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading transportation, logistics, supply chain, distribution, or fleet operations.
• Experience managing leaders and associates in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Experience utilizing operational and financial metrics to drive business performance.
• Experience managing safety, compliance, and workforce initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day transportation operations to ensure on-time delivery performance and execution of business objectives.
• Lead teams responsible for transportation planning, dispatch, routing, driver support, and freight movement.
• Monitor operational performance and service metrics while implementing strategies to improve efficiency and customer outcomes.
• Partner with Distribution Centers, Fleet Maintenance, Store Operations, and Home Office teams to support network priorities.
• Ensure operational readiness to meet changing business demands and customer expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, cost management, service, and quality.
