You will oversee delivery and backhaul planning, staffing, and training to ensure top logistics support and reliable service for store-level customers. The role requires 5+ years in outbound transportation and strong cost-control skills, with proficiency in MS Office and TMS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; required.
• 5+ years outbound transportation experience; broad logistics knowledge.
• 4+ years accounting/planning or reporting experience; cost control focus.
• Experience managing large driving staff and training teams.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Access).
• Preference for Trimble/PeopleNet or similar TMS proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour coverage planning and supervision of transport ops managers.
• Direct and coordinate all delivery and backhaul activities.
• Maintain staffing levels and training for high logistics support.
• Drive KPIs to deliver cost savings and service goals.
• Optimize scheduling to maximize customer service at stores.
• Handle additional duties or special projects as assigned.
