Job summary

One Senior Care in Warren, OH, seeks a Transportation Supervisor to guide a team of schedulers and driver/PCAs and support the daily flow of transportation services. This role suits someone versatile and even-tempered, capable of coaching, coordinating, problem-solving, and hands-on support.

You will maintain strong staff communication and work with the multidisciplinary team to support participant care. Responsibilities include oversight, regulatory compliance, payroll submission, maintenance

Qualifications

• One year of experience working with the frail or elderly population.
• Five+ years of experience in supervision, scheduling, logistics, and using Tripmaster, GPS software, Pacelogic, and Prime Suite.
• Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office.
• CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain after hire).
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily oversight and support to transportation staff.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and all state and federal regulations.
• Monitor attendance, review time records, and approve PTO with Center Manager.
• Submit payroll information accurately and on time.
• Serve as the point of contact for state and federal auditors regarding transportation services.
• Oversee vehicle and equipment maintenance, including preventive schedules and lift systems.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and schedule services as needed.
• Coordinate with Director of Transportation on vehicle transfers between locations.
• Conduct incident and accident investigations and report findings.
• Assist with scheduling and monitoring required safety certifications for drivers.
• Support scheduler as needed and ensure Tripmaster data is accurate and up to date.
• Maintain an accurate record of current staff and monitor tablet use in vehicles.
• Run reports as requested and assist with data tracking for centre performance.
• Review and approve fuel purchases for assigned location.
• Ensure proper use of company credit cards for transportation needs.
