Job summary

One Senior Care seeks a Transportation Supervisor to guide a team of schedulers and driver/PCAs and support the daily flow of transportation services. This role is ideal for someone versatile, even-tempered, and capable of coaching, coordinating, problem-solving, and hands‑on support, while maintaining strong communication with staff and the multidisciplinary team to support participant care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• One year of experience with the frail or elderly population.
• Five+ years in supervision, scheduling, logistics, and related software (Tripmaster, GPS, Pacelogic, Prime Suite).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CPR and First Aid certification preferred or obtainable after hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily oversight and support to transportation staff.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Monitor attendance, review time records, and approve PTO requests.
• Submit payroll information accurately and on time.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance and safety certifications.
