Job summary

Warren County Community Services, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to lead the Senior Transportation Program in Lebanon, OH.

You will supervise transportation staff, manage daily operations and scheduling, and ensure compliance with ODOT, ESP, and Title III requirements while delivering safe, reliable, and client-centered services. You will oversee fleet maintenance, develop performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in coordination with the Aging Services

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor preferred.
• Minimum three years in transportation operations, fleet management, or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Valid driver license with acceptable driving record; CDL preferred.
• Experience with publicly funded transportation programs and aging services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily transportation operations and staff.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and workload distribution to ensure service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with ODOT, ESP, Title III, and funding requirements and agency policies.
• Maintain program records, documentation, certifications, and reports.
• Develop reports and corrective actions; participate in Total Quality Management activities.
• Oversee fleet operations, maintenance, and vehicle replacement planning.
• Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Provide onboarding, training, and performance feedback for staff.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and manage community relations.
