Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of drivers and transportation associates.
• Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient transportation operations.
• Monitor delivery performance, routing, scheduling, and service metrics.
• Coach, train, and develop employees to achieve safety and operational goals.
• Partner with operations, warehouse, and customer teams to ensure exceptional service.
• Drive accountability around DOT regulations and company policies.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues while promoting continuous improvement.
• Review transportation metrics and identify opportunities to improve performance and cost management.
• Foster a positive team culture focused on engagement, teamwork, and results.
