In this role, you'll oversee daily transportation operations, support and develop drivers, ensure DOT compliance, and help drive a culture centered on safety, service, and operational excellence. What We’re Looking For

• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations, transportation compliance, and safety practices
• Ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable
• Strong problem-solving and decision‑making skills
• Experience working in a fast‑paced operational environment
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Transportation, logistics, fleet, or distribution leadership experience
• Experience with transportation management systems (TMS), routing, or fleet software
• Experience managing performance metrics, driver productivity, and service levels
