Job summary

Lineage is seeking a Transportation Supervisor for 1st shift to lead a team of drivers across five domiciles, ensuring safe, efficient operations and strong customer service. You'll oversee daily routing, driver support, DOT/ELD compliance, and performance analysis, collaborating with the Transportation Manager and Dispatchers to resolve issues quickly.

This role offers growth through leadership responsibilities and will require hands-on management of a 50-driver department and a support staff

Qualifications

• Associate degree and 2+ years in transportation or related role, with at least 1 year in supervision.
• Experience in the food industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily transportation operations and driver support.
• Ensure DOT compliance and update driver logs.
• Oversee ELD performance with ELD Coordinator.
• Review backhaul routing and adjust plans.
• Coordinate time off with management.
• Resolve driver issues and support staff.
• Analyze driver performance and report findings.
• Direct Dispatchers and supervise department staff.
